Musée de la Chalosse

The Musée de la Chalosse is located in Montfort-en-Chalosse, in the Landes department. It presents to the public a typical agricultural and wine estate of the nineteenth century in Chalosse. A richly furnished mansion, the garden and the sharecropping house, the cellar and its amazing press, the vineyard conservatory, the working bread oven, the animals… At Domaine de Carcher, everything evokes the agricultural and wine Chalosse of the 19th century.
